1. Reporting the claim not later than 5x24 hours since the damage occurred (or other period according to your policy terms). The claim report could be made through phone or by visiting PT Asuransi Chubb Syariah Indonesia offices, or mailed to the following addresses:

    4. Your nearest Chubb Syariah Branch Offices and Marketing Offices.
  2. After reporting verbally, immediately follow up with a written submission, including if there are claims from third parties.
  3. Fill the claim form, complete the required documents as well as the chronology of the incident.
  4. Chubb Syariah claim staff will contact you for the next process.
